CDTCA's annual golf outing is a major part of our fundraiser efforts.  Historically, as much as 25% of the annual fundraising dollars are raised from this event.  It is a great day of golf at one of our regions premier golf courses - Fox Chapel Golf Club.  We invite you to come as an individual golfer or with a foursome to support Christ the Divine Teacher Catholic Academy.

Your entry fee includes lunch, greens fee, golf cart, on-course beverages, and a post-game dinner with awards and prizes.  Sponsorships are also available which will provide on course and on line promotion of your business.

Registration can be made ONLINE or by printing THIS FORM below and mailing it to the school along with your payment.  Credit cards are accepted, however you will be accessed a non-refundable fee of 3.5% + $.15.
